Tritrace Change Monitoring (Version 1, 06/10/2003)

Aventis will be introducing Tritace (Ramipril) tablets in the UK on 3 November 2003 as part of a global
move to transition Tritace from capsule to tablet formulation. Capsules will be completely phased out
by 3 November 2003, and only the tablet formulation of Tritace available. It has been established by
clinical trial work that Tritace capsules and Tritace tablets are bio-equivalent and that it is just the
presentation that is changing.

The new Tritace tablet formulations (1.25mg, 2.5mg, 5mg & 10mg Tritace tablets) will be included
in the drug dictionary release that will be received by practices week commencing
20 October 2003.

In the same October release, Tritace capsule formulations (1.25mg, 2.5mg, 5mg & 10mg Tritace
capsules excluding the Tritace titration pack) will be discontinued."

Flu Vaccine Uptake Survey 2007-2008

Version 2 06/11/07 This file contains all the Clinical Audits below this level

Once again, the HPA are carrying out an Influenza Survey for 2007-2008. The data from these
audits will help you complete the four collections in November, December, January and February.
In Version 2, 06/11/07, the audit line now clearly differentiate between Stroke/TIA, and
Chronic Degenerative Neurological Disease or MS.

Once you have downloaded and imported the audits, you should delete last year's HPA Flu vaccine
uptake survey 2006 audits.

IBD (Inflammatory Bowel Disease) Index (Version 3, 21/06/2004)

Current prescribing guidance for oral Mesalazine clearly states that different brands are not
interchangeable. To help practices identify the patients who have changed brands, a small
audit tool has been commissioned by Procter and Gamble Pharmaceuticals which will identify
those patients who are currently in receipt of a prescription for generic Mesalazine but who
were previously prescribed an alternate generic or brand name.

Hib Vaccine for Young Children Catch-Up Programme 2007 (Version 1, 06/09/2007)

A Haemophilus influenzae type b (Hib) vaccination catch-up programme starts on
10 September 2007 and continues until 3 March 2009. Following advice from the
Joint Committee on Vaccination and Immunisation (JCVI), a Hib booster will be
offered to young children who have not previously received one, so that these children
are protected in line with older and younger children.

Influenza Vaccination (Version 16, 25/01/2008)

	The DOH criteria for this years 'Flu campaign does contain some considerable changes to
	+those patient eligible for vaccination. Download this year's call and recall audit with all the groups the DOH consider eligible. The criteria can be found in the full INPS audit helpfile at the top of this section.

Meningitis C Vaccination (Version 3, 25/07/2003)

MMR in Young Adults 18 - 25 (Version 2, 19/07/2005)

New section for patients aged 16-25. Same criteria as audits for 18-25 years.

Pneumococcal Vaccination (Version 8, 04/10//2005)

Read codes and therapy now same as for Influenza Vaccination audit for the following:
chronic renal disease, chronic heart disease, chronic liver disease, diabetes medication,
immunosuppression, hospital admission asthma and COPD.
Diabetic medication and severe asthma medication now searches for patients with issues
in last 6 months rather than last 12 months.
Two new search lines for patients aged 2 years to under 65y, and children from 2 months
to under 5 years.
Age range header searches now have light red background colour.

Pre-school Booster (Version 1, 12/12/2007)

This new audit replaces the older Pre-School Booster Targets aet 4, or 5 which were in
Administration. Please delete these older audits in Administration.

Routine PCV and Hib/MenC Claims (Version 1, 26/07/2007)

This audit uses real time to search rather than a cutoff date at the end of last month,
with a few exceptions.

Routine Pneumococcal Conjugate Vaccine Claims (Version 2, 05/09/2007)

Version 2 corrects a small error.

Tetanus and Low Dose Diphtheria Vaccination (Version 1, 10/07/2003)

The tetanus and low dose diphtheria vaccination may need to be claimed for on a monthly basis;
