When you access Imprivata OneSign from DLM890, you must input your User Name, which is the same as your Vision 3 Login Name.
If you have forgotten your Login Name, your System Administrator can find it for you from Management Tools - Control Panel - Security, see Viewing the Current User List in the Management Tools Help Centre for details.
