An issue has been identified in the Vision 3 immunisations form. When a stage 1 immunisation is selected, the Due Date automatically populates as expected. However, if the stage is changed to stage 2, the original stage 1 due date remains and is not clearing.
For example, when selecting Stage: 1st for MMRV (Measles, Mumps, Rubella, Varicella), Due Date auto populates with a date 6 months from the date of data entry:

However, when changing the Stage: to 2nd within the same open form, the due date does not clear and the date for stage 1 is retained in the Due Date field:

This presents a risk that a patient / parent is incorrectly advised about when the next stage is due (or that a further stage is due when it isn’t). As a consequence, the patient may attend at an incorrect interval for the next stage and possibly have a vaccination stage early or late.
OneAdvanced is investigating this issue and working on a development fix.
In the meantime, we would ask that users / viewers of the Vision 3 immunisations form are mindful of this issue. Reference should be made to the standard immunisation programmes for checking intervals before and after administering a vaccine, rather than relying on the due date specified in the immunisations form in Vision 3.
OneAdvanced apologises for any inconvenience caused.
