Setting which clinicians are available for your patient’s to select when booking appointments online

All settings for Patient Facing Services are accessed via Management Tools - Control Panel:

  1. From the Vision 3 front screen, select Management Tools - Control Panel - File Maintenance.
  2. Select Online MT - CP - FM - Online and the Vision Online Services screen displays. 
  3. From Services - Appointments, select Configure. 
  4. From the Vision Online Services Appointments Configuration screen, you can set which clinicians, sessions, and staff are available for online booking:
