How to look for free appointments slots for specific GP/Nurse or clinic

Easily find appointments by specific clinician or clinic.

  1. From the Appointments Menu, select Search, followed by Specific Slot  or F4.
    The Find Free Slot Search Criteria screen displays.
  2. Remove the Tick from All Staff.
  3. Select the Clinicians/Clinics from the list.
  4. Optionally, refine the Day/Type/Start from Today/Session Type/ Duration as required.
  5. Select Search to proceed.
    The results display.
  6. Double click a slot to book.
