Many types of structured clinical messages are sent and received by Vision including Test results, Out of Hours reports, GP2GP record transfers, Hospital Discharge messages, GP Summary messages to the Spine, Electronic Prescription messages, referral messages and PDS updates to name a few.

For a list of current message types, please refer to Current Message Types.

Mail Manager  is where these messages are received and where you can process them, allocating to a clinician, filing and actioning them as appropriate.
