What This Means for You

As part of the acquisition of In Practice Systems (Vision), your organisation will be transitioning to the OneAdvanced Service Centre, a centralised platform for accessing support and service updates.

You’ll also begin to see the name GP Electronic Patient Record (GP EPR) used in communications and systems, reflecting the updated product branding.

 

What to Expect Over the Coming Weeks

As we prepare to go live with OneAdvanced, you’ll receive further updates directly from the OneAdvanced team, including:

· How to access support services

· Your organisation’s go-live date for the OneAdvanced Service Centre

· Changes to how support is delivered

· What will happen with the current Support Portal including the final date to access or raise tickets

· What to expect during the transition

Once the new case logging process is in place, communications will come from an @oneadvanced.com email address. Please ensure this domain is whitelisted to avoid missing important updates.
